Thanks for your responses!

I don't think anyone here can give an accurate prediction, but based on the other posts I've seen with people with similar stats as yourself, I'd say you have a good chance. Those seem like match schools (maybe leaning towards reach, but closer to match than reach). I think you're in good shape! Your stats are like mine, but I haven't taken sats yet.

But remeber that while your profile and stats suggest you are "candidate material" for top schools so are a dozen other kids applying for each spot and sometimes its the luck of the draw in terms of the school looking for a well rounded CLASS. Still, it looks like you should get into most of these schools.

hey, thanks for the responses. It's good to hear i even have a chance at nyu and unc.

anyone else?

bump!

anyone else care to evaluate my chances?

My advice, change your screen name if you never wanted to go there.

Looks good for the rest of the schools if u got into U of M.

will do fishS
thanks for all your responses
anyone else care to give me my chances?

bumpity bump!

WUSTL, UNC, and NYU are reaches but since you got into U Mich, you probably have a good shot at all of them. The rest of the schools shouldn't be a problem.

last bump!

Umich is actually quite a bit easier to get in to OOS than Carolina. Their incoming class is almost 10k bigger than Carolina's, and they accept almost twice as many OOS applicants (33% to Carolina's 17%).

ohnoes, how can mich's incoming class be 10k more when mich's overall undergrad enrollment is 10k more than unc's total undergrad enrollment. (BTW, unc's oos accept. rate is actually 18% and mich's is 32% :-)

Hah, that's what I meant, sorry.
