In my opinion...I think you have a very strong chance to be accepted. Great job on everything you've done!

I think you have a really good chance... gonna try to continue any of those sports at college?

... which JSA did you do? I did Princeton in... 2002? Wow, that was a long time ago. I am old.

I went to the JSA at Gerogetown last summer.

..I am also out-of-state, if that makes a difference

Absolutely makes a difference -- as a state school, W&M is obligated to reserve 2/3 of its admission slots to in-state students, or about 445 total OOS students admitted. Of that 445, there will be further subdivisions, (URM, male-female, geographical, etc), so whatever 'pool' you're in can get rather small, rather quickly.

I don't think the school breaks down the application stats well enough anymore, but I seem to recall that in years past that it was far easier for OOS males than OOS females.

Anyway, you have an excellent resume, so I'd think you have a great shot at admission. I'd hope you can get the ACT score up, (or take the SAT), keep a challenging course load this year, and maintain your grades, and you'll do fine, no matter where you apply.

You have a very, very, good chance at being accepted to William and Mary. Best of luck!

Don't think you'll have any trouble at all.
