UCB-
UCLA-
UCSD-
UCD-
UCI-
UCSB-
UCSC-
UCM-
UCR-

My butchered attempt at your chances:

UCB- 70%
UCLA- 75%
UCSD- 75%
UCD- 80%
UCI- 80%
UCSB- 90%
UCSC- 95%
UCM- 100%
UCR- 100%

..Gahh I'm probably so wrong. But good luck though! =]

UCB: reach
UCLA: low reach/reach
UCSD: low reach/match
UCD/UCI/UCSB: match
UCSC/UCR/UCM: safety

LuckyStarBoy is way off on the percentages. OOS I assume.

Anyways, your percentages would be more like the following, considering UC GPA, SATs, and relevant ECs:

UCB- 25%
UCLA- 30%
UCSD- 40%
UCD- 60%+
UCI- 60%+
UCSB- 60%+
UCSC- 80%
UCM- 90%
UCR- 80%

Are you sure you calculated your UC GPA correctly? There is no such thing as an unweighted UC GPA, your UC GPA is essentially your weighted GPA except with a limited number (8 semesters) of honors/AP grade point boosts. Going by what you posted under "high school GPA" your UC GPA should be somewhere around a 4.1. That being said, assuming your scores stay the same and you submit your ACT instead of your SAT I, your chances are as follows:

UCB: slight reach
UCLA: slight reach (high match if theater major, they love those kinds of ECs)
UCSD: match
UCD/UCSB/UCI: high safety
UCSC/UCR/UCM: safety

it's a 3.92 then - my weighted high school counts things like honors drama (which UCs don't weight, obviously).

thanks guys (:

That will hurt your chances since GPA is the single most important factor for the UCs.

UCB/UCLA: reach
UCSD: slight reach
UCD/UCSB/UCI: match
UCSC/UCR/UCM: safety

If you're planning on applying as a theater major, you still have a good shot at UCLA. This past year there was a ridiculously large number of people at my old high school with sub-4.0 GPAs who got in through specialized film/theater programs.
