How come you did better on the PSAT than SAT? A LOT more people tend to do better on the SAT. Sorry if this is an obnoxious question... It's just that I can never get over the fact that I should have done better on the SAT.

I ran for student council vice-president. I'm sure my recommendation from the SC advisor will mention my leadership qualities, since she always mentions that I'm a good leader.
I was a part of ALUMS (a leadership conference thing).
I know that's not a lot of leadership stuff though. Oh, well.

I just have some questions:What did you write your essays about?? Since the deadline's past already, it will only help us help you out:P. What do you want to major in for now?? And do you have leadership positions in the clubs you've listed, like in French club??

I think you have a fair chance, but maybe because I've been lurking the cc forums too much, I feel that your ECs are similar to those of others..........

My essays were about the lack of imagination in today's society (discuss a current problem was the topic) and my experience in cross-country. I want to major in biology.

I don't have any leadership positions, since I ran for Student Council Vp but lost, and didn't make it as an XC captain.

^I didn't have leadership either, but I ended up getting one in December. I guess I had a hook (internship). DId you try to find out why you were deferred?
