<p>School Type: sends many grads to top schools</p>

<p>AP Scores: 4 on Comp Sci AB</p>

<p>Senior Schedule: AP French, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, AP Physics, all others at honours/elective level</p>

<p>EC's: Math Team, Speech and Debate Team (5-10 hr/week - strong performer at local tournaments), Robotics Team</p>

<p>Volunteering: 90 hrs at hospital, 60 hours at local community center</p>

<p>Awards: National Merit Commended Scholar, RIT Computing Medal</p>

<p>Recommendations: one good, one bad</p>

<p>Essays: decent, nothing special but conveys my passion towards computers/programming</p>

<p>Also applying to MIT (uber-reach), CMU, Northeastern, UMass/Amherst, WPI, RPI, Case Western Reserve University, Northwestern (maybe)</p>

<p>I'd say you have a decent chance. Higher if you apply early. What's your unweighted GPA?</p>

<p>Btw, your stats are eerily similar to mine.</p>

<p>how do you have one bad rec? pick the good teachers! but i'd think you definately stood a chance. two years ago, someone went from my school with lower stats than you have. good luck!</p>
