Chances

Hi everyone,
I'm from Omaha, NE and go to the largest school in it. I was a sophomore this year, so going to be Junior next year, and I want to go into Medicine in college. My top three schools are the 8 year med programs at Rice, Brown, and Northwestern. I'm Caucasian and don't need any financial aid.

SAT: 2050, 720 M, 630 CR, 700 W (yeah, they aren't great at all, but I'm going to retake)
PSAT: 223 Selectional Index, 71 M, 72 CR, 80 W (A lot better than real SAT)

I know a lot of this is all over the place, but I figured I should still put it all down, even the stuff from like 8th Grade...

Thanks for helping!

I think you have a great shot at Northwestern and Rice if you can keep your grades up, and can get your sat score up by 100 points (which it looks like you will have no problem doing). Brown is a little bit harder, but you will still have a great chance. You should visit them by the start of senior year, and apply early if you really like one. Mainly just keep your grades up!

Thank you for the quick response! Also, I have a legacy to Brown (father) and my sister is going there now. That probably helps.
