Hey guys, sorry to ask, but I am applying to Rutgers this fall and I really wanted to know what my chances are. Please be honest (just hopefully not too brutal though!)

Here are my stats:

I have a 4.04 weighted gpa (not sure what my unweighted is...)
I'm in the top 10% of my class
My first SAT score: 1660 (terrible, I know)
My second SAT score: 1750
First SAT combined CR +M is a 1030 (CR: 520 M:510)
Second SAT combined CR+M 1160 (CR: 620 M:540)

My highest combined score across all tests is a 1790/2400

I am also taking the ACT this September and hoping for something between 27-30

I was going to take the SAT, but I am afraid the scores will go down (especially math, weird how I am bad at standardized tests on math, but get high grades in the actual class). I haven't prepped much and I mean, my improvement has been good with the CR and Math, so I don't want to risk it.

I am also in 4 or 5 clubs in my school. (Z-Club, FBLA, SOAR, NHS, used to be in Chorus (scheduling problem))
In chorus, we performed at Lincoln Center and Disneyworld (pretty cool, I think)
I've also volunteered at a local hospital and will have completed 200 hours by Sept 2009.

I am NOT applying to the engineering, pharmacy, or business schools (which are the most competitve). I am however applying to SAS and by soph year applying into Bloustein's school for public health (and pre-med).

Oh and I am in-state

So what do you guys think are my chances?
