<p>Hi everyone, please chance me for UMD... I applied for priority and am freaking out waiting for my decision letter to come!</p>

Straight A student (never good with standardized testing)
Top 10% of class</p>

<p>AP GOV
AP Psychology
Most of the rest of my classes have been honors except for about 5 through out all of high school.</p>

<p>In-state</p>

<p>EC include:
*competitive figure skating for 11 years (in resume I said I would want to join the figure skating team if admitted)
*theater on ice
*some other things</p>

<p>Volunteer work:
*Helping in the NICU at a local hospital and getting familiar with medicine (Stated that I wanted to study medicine in my resume)</p>

<p>I actually got the same exact score on the ACT. personally I think you have a really good chance. IMO, it’s more important that you have an impressive high school background, because one test shouldn’t really define your success as a student. Also, the grades you get in high school show how you’ve progressed over the years. anyway I wish you the best of luck! I think you have a good chance of getting in.</p>
