chances??

I'm looking to apply to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I'm from out of state Wisconsin.

Other schools I'm applying are:
Clemson University
Penn State Main
University of Pittsburgh
American University
James Madison University
University of Richmond

GPA: We don't weigh on a 4.0 scale but my percentage is 92.56667, which is around a 3.75 I think? Weighted it's a 111%

Extra Curriculars: I am class president of my senior class. I am also Key Club President and Diversity Club Vice President. I have participated in my spring musical as a cast member for all 4 years of high school and am the student director of it. I am also in the orchestra and concert chorale at school. I have been a dancer for 15 years. Every Tuesday I volunteer at the Pennsylvania food bank.

My dad and uncle are also alumni of Wisconsin and grandpa's an alumni of Penn State

I am going to take the ACT in September but these are my SAT scores:
Math-550
Reading- 630
Writing- 680

chances to get in??

Good chances at PSU, Pitt and JMU. Reach for UW and Richmond. Not sure on the others. Best of luck!

You math SAT is pretty low for Pitt (610-710 admissions fall 2010), but your CR makes up for it some. Still, combined, you score is right below the middle 50 percentile (1190-1410), so it will depend on the rigor of your h.s. curriculum (your GPA is fine). Being from Wisconsin is a plus at Pitt (likes OOS), so I think you are in, but you may not get any academic awards.
