Chances?

My first year i accumulated 5 W's, 1 F (i am retaking and will recieve an A, it was computer science) 2 B's and 1 A's. I attended Riverside community college and Mt San Antonio

Microecon
English 1A
English 67 (pre college doesnt count)

Right now i am only going to Mt Sac. I am taking:
History 1 (U.S.)
Biology
Philisophy
Intermediate algebra
Computer Science

So far i am maintaning 3 A's and 2 B's

Next semester i plan on going into:
Pre calc
Macroecon
English 1c
Geography plus lab
Some art class

If things go as planned i should have transfer GPA of 3.57
I have no real EC, all of my W's came from a year of living and paying for everything on my own while i resided in Cali and my mom stayed in TX. I ran my own business fixing computers and held out of that year 5 months of actual employed jobs that required me to work more than 40 hrs so that i could pay rent, etc. Right now i am taking an 18 unit course load and working 30 hrs a week and plan on joining a club but that is just a plan and probably wont happen. After spring i would have accumulated 42 semester units. I know this isnt enough for UC's, but i am looking at applying to UNC chapel hill, Wisconsin-Madison, UVA and Illinois Urbana Champaign as an ECON major. I plan on either applying in March to transfer in for Fall or wait the summer and take Calc and another humanities class and apply for Spring 2007.....What are my chances
Also H.S GPA was 2.8 with a 1150 SAT, but i also put in about 30 hrs a week besides that for Swimming

Anyone? Also i am asian, which i hope helps me with these schools, especially wisconsin being majority white

u go to sac too? i am going there right now.. uhmm im not sure man.

your situation is quite familiar to me. I had many at home problems last year and as a result my gpa suffered. I got a 2.7 at Suny Stony Brook with 2 W, a NC and an F. I had a tough year needless to say. But I now go to Nassau Community college and hopefully I can get some place good after this year.

I just wish i could find some out of state statistics for these schools, especially Wisconsin as that is my number 1 school so far

Does anyone know how much an interview can help, because i know Wisconsin allows you to do those?
