<p>Is it possible to change majors from chemistry to chemical engineer if your admitted as a transfer? If so, how difficult would that be?</p>

<p>I don't know. If you're in the college of chemistry, I've heard generally, as in, in most situations, the switch is fairly easy. i'm not sure if you're in the CoC, or how hard it is for transfers. I'd suggest calling the office of the CoC as soon as possible.</p>
<p>I was admitted to the College of Chemistry and understand that chemical engineering is also under that college. I just wanted to know from experience how difficult, if possible, it is to change majors. The thing is that I was admitted as a transfer, and have heard that engineering transfers were not allowed to change majors since they're typically given 2 years to graduate.</p>
<p>i know that one can transfer pretty easily between majors within the college, but then again you're a transfer so you should talk to the counsellors</p>
