I was denied admission to the BS Nursing program. I was offered admission to my second choice major (Psychology). I'm thinking of enrolling as a Psych major and trying to transfer into Nursing after my first year. I understand the School of Nursing sets aside a bunch of seats each year for change of major students. I'm going back and forth in trying to figure out if I should take the chance in going to Clemson (which I love) and trying to change majors (no guarantee) or going to one of the other Nursing programs that I was accepted to (Northeastern, Miami, Quinnipiac).
Please share your thoughts and experiences.

I wouldn't go to Clemson in your case, I would go to Northeastern instead. Switching majors can be a very risky move.

ahs09 - this might be dated (googled it), but I'd call and check with them before you make a firm decision......
