<p>Hey guys! I was accepted to UMD and when I looked online it said my major was Biology, BUT I've decided I don't want to do Bio anymore and I want to do History, which was listed as my second choice.</p>
<p>Do you know who I contact to change it? Or should I wait until I enroll to tell them to change it. I'm not sure if I'm going to go to UMD, it's not my first choice, I have to wait to hear from other schools.</p>

<p>Just call the admissions office and explain you want to switch your major. If the new major is one of the limited enrollment programs (LEP), they will consider you for it. It might take a few days before you find out if you are accepted in the LEP major.</p>
<p>I think I'm going to do this also. According to the website my major is Biology but I think I want to join the Environmental Science & Policy program.</p>
