Changing High School for Senior Year...Does this affect college application?

Hey guys I'm not sure if this is a valid inquiry but I just wanted to be sure of a few things. I will be moving to a new school for my senior year of high school, its just something I can't control. I was just wondering how this would affect my college application process:

I know my transcripts will be sent to the new school but I'm in numerous groups such as the National Honor Society, French Honor Society, and Cum Laude Society. By changing schools, do I still keep membership in those societies and can I use them on my resum

For ECs, you can still use them on your application. The only downside is that since you’re essentially starting new, you don’t really get the chance for officer/leadership positions.

Not sure about the recommendation letters.

For Valedictorian/Salutatorian, it varies from school to school. My school allows it (but that’s because around 250 students out of the 750 people in my school move out each year and 250 new ones come in, so people are moving in and out constantly), and as a result, there were some ruffled feathers last year because a girl (who ended up going to Harvard) moved in her second semester of her senior year and became valedictorian. Some schools I know don’t allow that to happen. The only way would be to call and find out.

Yeah I’m visiting the school tomorrow so I guess I can make sure of that stuff then…thanks for the info.
