I got accepted into the College of Letters & Sciences as a Cell & Developmental Bio major. I'm a transfer student, and there wasn't an option on the application to choose what I was truly interested in, which is the realm of Physiology/Neuroscience

After some digging around, I realized that Berkeley has general Biology, Neurobiology, and Cognitive Science departments within the College of L&S. I'm a little lost. Can I choose these as majors, and if so, would I be able to change to one of them?

integrative biology is full of physiology classes. Talk to the IB advisers and see if you can transfer in. I don't know changing majors works for transfers

I don't have a specific answer to your question, but I know a few transfers who have switched majors. It is definitely possible. Talk to the major adviser for the major you are interested in to plan your course of action.
