<p>I'm sorry that people aren't sitting around, waiting to answer a question your question that has been asked and answered already.</p>
<p>And changing to Chem E is easy. Changing to any non-imapcted major is easy, but you probably need to get a form from the department to do so, so unless you drive to SD to do it you probably won't be changing it until school starts. Just choose your classes to prepare for the major now, and change it when school starts.</p>
