Changing things on application

Hi everyone,
I submitted my application, but later realised that there is a whole part that I did not fill out properly. In the Education Information part I forgot to put the subjects I haven’t passed yet, but will be passing for my french baccalaureate this summer. I called Service Point and they told me to end an email. I’ve sent the email to servicepoint@mcgill.ca and haven’t got a reply. Do you guys know if I can do anything about it? The information missing is essential to prove I can speak english and to prove i’m taking sciences. Also, on my application status it says that proof of proficiency in english is required but i’ve lived more than 5 years in an english speaking country so should I just ignore that? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You need to call Admissions ASAP. Go online and see the admissions/recruitment officers and call directly to one of them. It’s too bad, because they just had an online chat that you could have logged into and asked the question real-time. I believe you are going to have to provide proof of fluency; residence in an English-speaking country is not enough.

Well I called service point because that’s the only number I found and then they told me to send an e-mail… I also filled out this thing on the website in the “I need to modify my application” section, and it said they will change it in 7-10 days if they can and send me an email if they can’t. I hope it works. Thanks for your help though

D2 submitted a question through Service Point and never heard back. She contacted her admissions officer with the same question and had a response within 24 hours. I’d try to reach a real person.
