Hello,
I originally applied for Bioengineering but was accepted under Undeclared. I understand how difficult it is to transfer into Bioengineering, so I have decided that Physiology and Neuroscience would be a major I would enjoy transfering into. However, I know that all majors in Biological Sciences are impacted, which has me worried I will not be able to transfer... How difficult would it be to transfer into a biological science major? Also, when is the earliest to transfer into such a major?
Thanks!

everything you need. just read it over.

The link provided by DistressStudent about covers it all. One thing to keep in mind, though: you MUST keep your GPA up. Bio is very competitive, and as it says on the website, “students will be ranked based on overall UCSD GPA and admitted according to rank.” I know someone who couldn’t switch to a bio major from a non-bio major because her GPA was under 3.0, as a point of reference.
