I got into both Chapman and UCLA's undergrad business programs
only UCLA's degree is general business/economics not admin.
does anyone know how chapman's degree holds up once you graduate?

I think UCLA’s would have more of a reputation. Everybody is always impressed at a UCLA student

UCLA has a far better reputation.

I would say that if you were getting your masters degree in business, definitely go with Chapman because they are ranked very high. However, I think UCLA is a better school for a bachelor’s in business.

Chapman is sig better at its concentrations in the Business Department; such as, Entrepreneur (best in nation), Real Estate and Urban planning. None of which I believe were of interest to you.

UCLA has an awesome Business ECONOMICS program. Neither are rather good at Admin. However, UCLA is UCLA. No comparison in matter of reputation and alumni job poss.

Go there !

I actually am interested in entrepreneurship, my biggest hang up right now is that I feel that I will get a better overall education at Chapman, but UCLA has prestige

That’s the dilemma a lot of Chapman students are facing. Prestige vs possibly better classes.

Here’s an issue. Chapman hires really terrible profs in some areas, such as John Yoo at the law school. What if you get an instructor who insists you agree the economic philosophy of GW Bush to get a decent grade in his class? Chapman is know for having profs so far to the right that the community protests.
