<p>i'm actually leaving as a transfer myself and am offering to sublet my place for $625/month for 10 months. this is a really great deal if you consider how much on campus housing costs! the location of the apartment is right in collegetown (about a block away from the starbucks there, and really close to jason's grocery store). the place is a 4 bedroom apartment, so you would be living with 3 other girls. </p>
