<p>Also, and some people will disagree with me, USC is a terrible location/campus. The campus isn’t very nice, and it’s in Columbia, SC which people around here (Upstate SC) often call the armpit of South Carolina.</p>
<p>Try CUNYs: $14,550 for out-of-state. However, r&b adds about $18,090 according to the CUNY website- which is a couple thousand over your limit. However, there may be ways to trim it, and your scores may be a bit low.
But I just figured it’s worth checking out, as NYC is definitely a great place to be and the schools are definitely good.</p>
