Everyone who goes to CPW, please guide me toward the best website to find cheap plane tickets!

Travelocity, expedia, orbitz, priceline, pick your poison(do a lil comparing beforehand tho)

Thanks, bro.

you’re welcome. (I went with travelocity just because of their funny garden gnome commercials…since the price difference between them and expedia ain’t that big)

Kayak is where it’s at – it searches all the travel and airline sites for you, then links you to buy from that site directly.

I’m guessing orbitz, because that’s what the CPW site said to look at
:D

^ I got an email today saying I qualified for free plane tickets to CPW (using Orbitz) so watch out for that :)

Hey, I qualified too, but should we reserve our plane tickets ourselves, or do they reserve the plane tickets for us?

How does the reimbursement process work?

Responded by PM but for the benefit of all:

I got an email with instructions (the instructions are in the powerpoint attachment and the text of the email itself). But long story short, we reserve the tickets but there is a MIT credit card that shows up when you get to the payment page that the tickets are charged to. I think this applies only if you’re flying…if you want to be reimbursed for traveling by any other means, you may have to contact the Admissions / Fin Aid office.

OK… I figured it out. Yay! officially going to CPW.

does this MIT credit card only show for those who have qualified for the free flight? or does anyone who book through their orbitz business link get a free ticket?

Wow, that was way too cool…
I just booked a flight…
And I feel awesome!
