Cheating on ACT

I took the ACT yesterday and I couldn't help but notice that the conditions were perfect for cheating. Everyone received the same form of the test and there was only one adult in the room, a teacher who was pretty much off in her own world. She walked up and down the aisles to check for cheating maybe three times during the entire test, and for the rest of the time she just strolled around the room reading the posters and pictures on the walls. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Btw I did not cheat, I have more integrity than that.

I guess you must have some trouble in answering the questions as you eyes were on the proctor all the time.

Good one

Yeah I had one very similar to yours. Even worse. She was so engrossed in some trashy romance novel with some guy’s abs on the cover that she barely looked up the entire time. Several students in the back did in fact try and start cheating, one was passing a paper down the row with what I can only assume had answers on it. Pretty obvious and dumb strategy IMO. The only one who noticed or seemed bothered by it was me, I just coughed loudly and glared at them and they quickly stopped. I’m homeschooled so not my classmates, didn’t really care what they thought of me. The proctor didn’t look up the entire time. It was slightly annoying to tell the truth.

Nice ■■■■■. Next time, try to change the title of the discussion. So far, I didn’t have a situation like this.

It has been known that the SAT, ACT etc tests are administered with a large security breach. For example, one person took the SAT for different people around 16 times, many have cheated etc.
