<p>I got my acceptance to GSP at the end of February and requested an official letter about two weeks later. I haven't received anything else from NYU yet, but is it possible to check my financial aid package online with my NYU ID number? My NYUHome account has been created, but I still can't get my FA pin emailed to myself. Anyone else have this problem?</p>
<p>The FA pin is emailed to your nyu email, not to your regular email.</p>
<p>Hm, for some reason, it won't send it. I keep getting this weird error message: "An administrator changed the system configuration while you were logged in...." followed by a jumble of words.</p>

<p>That happened for me too but they got it fixed today. So I got my password. Now when I enter my PW, it says the application is unavailable at the moment. I think the systems at colleges are overwhelmed at this time of year. Keep trying.</p>
<p>I spoke with them earlier this week, as my son was accepted Early Decsion and we have not received any financial information since December--they said that there may be messages; however, it may be a month before the '08-'09 financial statements are up.</p>

<p>noseymom: Thanks for the info. So even though the financial statements may not be online, NYU will still mail their offer to me, right? (Sorry, I'm not sure how it works because the only other schools I applied to are UC's and they posted their aid packages online.)</p>
<p>I only know about early decsion. My son received his financial package with his letter of acceptance in December. Some things have changed due to both our updated (Janurary) FASFA and due to his getting into the honors programs to which invitations were not extended to ED until the RD invitations were made. Due to these changes his financial package will change from the original--I believe that for the most part the RD students are receiving their financial packages w/their acceptance. When we go online through financial aid, we first get the pin emailed--then there are messages and as you will note it still says 07/08 for the scholl year. They will not get the ED finacial packags out until mid-late April.</p>

<p>The FA people i've called up said that fin. aid packages are NOT given online (i've asked multiple times).</p>

<p>I was able to see package today, for the first time, on-line. My son was accepted ED so I don't know if they are all posted or just those that were accepted ED.</p>
<p>I heard it wasn't going to be online until after May 1st, though. =/ Somehow I can check mine too. But the "Awards" tab isn't there. It says they're not done evaluating me. =/ It says I'm able to do Federal Work Study, though.</p>
