Anyone else find it ridiculously difficult? For me it was way harder than the past midterms that were in the pink book....

I think I bombed it.

Anyone else find it ridiculously difficult? For me it was way harder than the past midterms that were in the pink book....

I think I bombed it.

I felt I did pretty well except for the hisenberg question curveball…and to make it worse I figured out how to do it after my friend told me the gist of it and I mulled it around in my head on the way back up the hill after the text.

Yeah that heisenberg thing was ********…we never did any calculations related to that nor did he give any indication that we would need to know how to do them. If I had more time I probably could have figured it out, but I was too stressed to think clearly and wrap my head around it.

He was very tricky with the units too and I think I may have made a few mistakes there.

And I could not remember exactly what the short form periodic table looked like or list its advantages. That’s a big chunk of the test right there.

I’m not too surprised actually, it was fair game. When I came to college, I was prepared for no more hand holding. My friend figured out the heisenberg question and the short form question was on a midterm I got from the test bank, so I don’t think the curve will be that nice.

I don’t think it will be too forgiving either. The curve can actually hurt you if enough people do well, correct? Hopefully that does not happen.

Well, guess I needed to learn the hard way. Nothing like a little motivation.

However, I will say one thing, the review session on Friday was the biggest waste of time.

I’m not sure I understand you GotLactose, you mean your friend had the test questions before he took it?

No, he figured it out during the test and I got a copy of a 2007 test from the test bank from SAC.

I’m not sure if I got te answers correct, some of the answers I calculated seem odd. Anyone wanna share answers, if that’s even allowed?

That test sucked. I studied all weekend and it didn’t help much. The reader has proven to be both essential and useless at the same time.

Both my math and chem midterm took a crap on me, what with the flu and all. Oh… my college career is looking grim gentlemen.

^ tell me about it. except, i had a cold with some nasty cough and congestion that won’t go away even with prescription. T_T

Where in the building specifically can you get access to the old tests? I tried going there once but couldn’t find it.

in the room marked LGBT

yeah, right. anywhere BUT where.
So really, does SAC have a test bank? More info, please. Thank you, anyone!

*there

10char

-_-. Enter from the front of SAC. Turn Left before entering the UCLA rec. It’s a door on the left.

SAC 105. There’s a big poster with times when you can access the test bank.

Anyone know when we’ll be getting them back?

Awesome. Thanks guys.
