Hi, I'm in Chem 3A with Baranger right now, and was wondering what the curve was like last year? Anyone have an idea?

85% ish is an A-, but any idea what an A is?

When I say “curve,” I mean like what the averages for the exams were last semester, and what were the ending cutoffs were for each grade.

Maybe you could ask her?

How did everyone find the final?

i thought that this was even easier than the past two midterms…like it was really straightforward. hope i dont jinx myself. i went in with an 88…hope that brings me up to a solid a. i am really looking forward to get all a’s this semester(been doing pretty well) than when i first entered in the fall (which kinda suxx)

^Yeah, I went in with an 85% (failed 2nd midterm), but I think I should be able to get a solid A (so far, I only found 1 mistake I made)

All of you should be feel happy. Chem 3A used to have an average of around 190/300 or so for the midterms.

^This time, we had ~120/200(on the 2nd midterm), which I’m pretty sure is worse…
