Hi, I'm a rising senior, and I haven't taken Chem Yet

Here are what I have taken
Physics Regent + AP
Bio Regent

Here are what I will be taking this year
Bio AP
Chem Regent

But I don't really want to take Chem Regents, because it's really boring (stuck w/ 10th graders and etc.) and if I can drop it, I can take more APs

Question - Is Chem Regent required by Colleges?

I am a rising junior in new york city. I don't think you need the chem regents to graduate, but you may need that if you want the advanced regents diploma or something. No, most colleges don't require the regents, but I think that you should have at least an introductory class for chem.

since you have taken bio and physics already, I think the chem class is not required for graduation(unless you want to get the advanced diploma or something; I am not sure about the requirements though). But for colleges, you may want to take the chem class because most of them want bio, chem, and physics.

Woot woot AP Psych! To answer your question though, the requirements for the diploma are somewhat dependent upon the high school, but in my school, for an advanced Regents diploma you must pass two science Regents exams, usually Earth Sci and Living Env, but since 3 years of science are required, most people take Chem too. However, the req. is clearly two regents (for advanced; I think you could even get away with one grade of 55+ for "Local Diploma), a requirement which you have already fulfilled. And AP Psych rocks the $@!% out of Regents Chem. As far as I can see, you're done.
