Chem textbook

ANYONE know of a good chem testbook for AP and the olympiad?

zumdahl seems to be the textbook of choice for AP chem.

Except I hate the way it's organized.

Is it good for the Olympiad?

We used Brown's, LeMay's, and Bursten's AP* Chemistry: The Central Science, 10th Edition. I loved the book, got a 5 on the AP test with it, and qualified for the next round of the Olympiad with it. Since I wasn't an American citizen, though, I really couldn't move on... :(

I also used PR's SAT Chemistry book, which probably helped with my AP score...

We also used Brown/LeMay/Bursten. We had a class of 5, and of those 5 I know 3 of us passed with 5's. The other 2 passed as well I'm sure. We also used Princeton Review and Kaplan prep books.

Yeah Brown/Lemay was definitely an awesome book, I had to use it to self-study my way through chem my junior year [since my teacher got fired for burning two students], so unfortunately though we had awesome reasources at our hands, nobody could do well since no one was motivated considering our unique situation, but of course I studies like a maniac and pulled the five, though the rest of the class did not fare well at all: 17 1's, 6 2's, 3 3's, 0 4's and 1 5 so hmm, what an ufortunate waste of such intelligence in that class, hmm at least this didn't define them when they all applied to college and everyone had the results they wanted, so...
