How hard are Chem and Physics Subject tests? Which is easier to get 750+? I going to take the subject test at the end of next school year, but I need to chose between chem and physics. I'm taking Honors Chem and honors Physics next year, and AP for both the year after. Which would be easier to do well without taking AP beforehand?

Physics on a points basis. But really it's whatever you're more comfortable with.

Decide somewhere in late February or early March based on how you're doing in each class and which one you a) are better with and b) like more. Go to a bookstore and look through prep books (make sure it's the same company to help you compare) for both subjects and see which one has less unfamiliar material (unless it's Barron's, in which case all bets are off).

if you're good at physics, go for physics. chemistry, IMO, is harder to self study than physics. but then you have to be naturally good at physics.
i took physics as a sophomore (no ap classes), and scored an 800.

also the physics curve is much more generous than the chemistry one, so if you're going for the points, choose physics.
