Chemical Engineering Schools?

My guidance counselor asked me for a list of colleges that I plan to apply to next year. This is really tough because I don't have my SAT I scores back yet. Based on my practice tests I should have about 720 in math, 650 critical reading, and at least 700 in writing. I want to major in Chemical Engineering, but I am also considering Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering. I'm a fairly serious womens soccer player and have been contacted by several division 3 schools, though most of them don't even offer an engineering major. I don't really think I'm good enough to play division 1 soccer. I have a gpa of 4.5weighted, 3.8 unweighted. I dream of going to an excellent engineering school and playing varsity soccer.

I've already visited Georgia Tech (liked it a lot, no womens soccer), Dartmouth & Penn, (liked both but doubt I'd ever get in academically, great womens soccer). I want to see some more potential schools this summer. Any suggestions?

(your stats could allow you to get into Penn Engineering)
But anyhow, some other engineering schools that are less selective:
Lehigh Univ.
UC B (if instate)
Tulane Univ.
Carnegie Mellon
Penn State
RPI
WPI
These are in no particular order.

oblivionight's list looks good though I don't know how strong they are exactly in the 3 fields you specified. Definitely check out Northwestern whose undergrad engineering program is ranked 13th which is very good considering it's a non-technical (not like MIT, Georgia Tech) private university. Chemistry, mechanical engineering and chemical engineering are all in top-15. You should also check out Michigan if you don't mind public.
