Chemical engineering with minor in com sci

<p>I have 2 minors, math and com sci. I'm basically done with math, but I'm questioning my com sci.</p>

<p>I stupidly picked up com sci for a stupid reason in late high school. I basically started with a blank slate, knowing absolutely nothing about Java on my first day. After that, the TAs hung their heads whenever I stepped into the help room. Due to my lack of experience, I had trouble getting stuff done. What would take a nerd 4 hours to complete would take me 8.</p>

<p>If this stuff doesn't have any notable applications in chemical engineering research, then I think I'm going to drop com sci. On the other hand, I do think com sci is kind of interesting.</p>

<p>that aside, I personally think that if you like a subject, you should pursue it … whether it takes you a semester or two years! now if you didnt like it… that would be a whole different story.</p>
