Chemistry books

Does anyone know where I can find the following books online? I didn't find anything on amazon, abebooks, and half.com.

CHEMISTRY (PKG-STUD. SOL. MANUAL, ARIS SOFTWARE) - 0073421855
CHEMISTRY 21L LAB MANUAL (FALL 06) - 0738019720
CHEMISTRY LOOSE-LEAF PKG. 9/E - 0073465194

Well the lab manual is a Duke thing, so you have to wait until you get there to get that. I believe the loose-leaf pkg. is just the textbook in looseleaf version, so I wouldn't worry about that.

Honestly, I'd wait until you get to campus to just pick up the whole package of the Chemistry book. It's so much easier because everything is all together, and you know for sure you're getting the software, solutions manual, and everything. It just saves a lot of stress, and although it might be a bit more expensive, imho it's worth it to just buy the shrinkwrapped package from Duke.

going along the lines of books for chem, what calculator is recommended for chem 21?...would I be okay with my scientific, or do I need to get a graphing one?

There's no set requirement or anything...I honestly just used mine for basic stuff so anything works. I used my TI-89...most people had TI-83's...but I never used any of the graphing functions. You'll be fine with a scientific. Just make sure if has log functions and stuff like that.

great, thanks!
