I am a transfer student and I got accepted to UCB Fall 2013 as Chemistry major. I am so worried because a lot of my friends told me that Chemistry major is the hardest major and it will be GPA killer. Does anyone know about or have any idea about Chemistry major at UCB?

<p>oh I was at CoC for my freshman year. I personally found it too cut throat competitive, but I did meet some great people there. I left for personal and financial reasons, but I’m considering going back. You’ll learn a LOT. Just make sure you work your butt off, and be wary of some people who may come off friendly, but are really not. The others are already used to the hard classes, make sure you don’t underestimate anything when you go in.</p>
