<p>Did anybody major in Chemistry at UCI? As an incoming Chemistry major student, I wanted to talk to past students on what classes/teachers they felt were difficult.</p>

<p>I was a chem major. I can tell you almost anything you want to know about classes/teachers/prep. </p>
<p>Most of the chem teachers are really good. The only bad teacher I know of is Peter Rentzepis. </p>
<p>It would also help if you said what your career plans/etc were. The only job for chem undergrads is being a lab monkey. Unless you pick some kind of specialization (biochem, analytical chem, etc).</p>
