I am currently a Chemistry/Spanish double major in the pre-med track. I am a Freshmen with many incoming credits, and I have mapped out my classes, and I can graduate on time while meeting all the requirements for my Chemistry major, Spanish major, and the requirements for Med-school, but is doing all three a good thing? I want to be a doctor, and I am interested in Chemistry, and I'm fluent in Spanish. I took Spanish as a second major, because I heard med schools like having a second major that isn't a science major, but I've also heard that Med schools don't really look at minors, which is why I went for a Spanish major instead of minor. I want to do at least two volunteer activities every month until applying, while also doing shadowing, and extra volunteer work during the summer. I'm good at math and Chemistry, and my incoming credits make it so I only need to take some 3000/4000 classes in Spanish to finish my Spanish major. When I say I like chemistry, I mean I go on Yahoo Answers and help people with their chemistry questions, and I also offer myself as a tutor to friends who need my help, so I love chemistry. My concern is my ability to handle the course load from chemistry, which I heard is heavy, and the extracurriculars required for Med school. Is it possible? If not, what should I change to make it more manageable.

I also want to maintain a high GPA (3.6 or higher)
