is it just me or is chemistry impossible to understand without a tutor, because i have many friends from various schools that have the same problem MINE AND ALL THEIR CHEM TEACHERS ARE JUST PLAIN CRAP.

My chemistry teacher was awesome! I learned a lot in his class. He was also my physics teacher. He was always there whenever I needed help.

My chemistry teacher is awesome, though I believe a bit of a white supremacist

D:

My chem teacher was horrible. Just the snarkiest woman imaginable. She looks like Fiona from Shrek but with more acne and her skin's usually not green. Always loved to talk about how she custom-ordered her Nikes from the internet and how expensive and awesome they were (when she wasn't playing favorites with her best friend's daughter).

My chemistry teacher was awesome. I had him for 2 years (honors then AP), and he made me love chemistry. But then my friend, who also had him for honors and AP, hated the way he teaches and hates chemistry.

I have THE WORST chem teacher. He has the most awkwardly small head and he won't answer any questions you have. When he "teaches" he hands out a worksheet with questions on it and then says, "I'm hoping this will help for the quiz we're having tomorrow." Ugh, he never teaches, gives up pop quizzes on stuff he doesn't teach and will NEVER admit to being wrong about anything.

Mine was terrible. I learned nothing but managed a B. Funny how that works.

@raiderade and halie

i cannot agree more with you guys, my teacher shows us some stupid chem videos that provide no help what so ever, i also have a high B, but i really have no idea what is going on in the class

My AP Chem teacher is amazing. The pre-AP Chem teacher is pretty difficult to understand though.

Before I was allowed to take chem.. there was a horrible teacher, I hear.
An absolute horrible woman who related chem to physics. If you didnt take physics.. too bad. But this year.. we got a new teacher.. LOVE HIM!
He's awesome because he's young. Fab!

I had the best chem teacher... as one of my favorite teachers... certifiably mad... but awesome. Got along well with all his students... he teased us, but we teased him right back.
Looks indentical to lucius malfoy though so sometimes a little hard to take him seriously.

We have two chem teachers and they both suck. The only reason I'm not taking AP Chem next year.

I taught myself chemistry, and I took the chemistry SAT II. I got a 760. It's not hard, but it could also be your teacher.

my chem teacher really instilled a love of the sciences within me =]

My Chem Honors teacher is awesome. Makes me really love Chemistry and my 97.3 shows. :P

wow, people either have wonderful teachers or terrible ones

My Chemistry teacher is eerily like Sarah Palin.

My chem teacher doesn't teach at all, but i'm managing to do very well, so hang in there :)

I'm totally confused, yet I got an 82 on the final and managed an A this semester...so strange...

Oh, gross. lol

My chemistry teacher is nice, but she's notorious in my whole school for being one of the hardest teachers in it!
