<p>I don’t think there is any ‘should’ here. You can do what you want. I think it is most direct to echo the statement, yes, but put that wherever you like.</p>
<p>yes, I mean use it as the title. I put it at the end of the first paragraph but I am thinking the possibility of setting suspense and revealing it in the end.</p>
