Chicago Unifieds Scheduling Logistics Question

<p>Quick question for anyone who has been to Chicago!</p>

<p>D has 3 auditions scheduled on one particular day:</p>

<p>One: (Ithaca) 8 am (fours hours long, begins with a group meeting)</p>

<p>TWO: 9:30 (15 minutes long)</p>

<p>THREE: 10:30 (20 minutes long)</p>

<p>When scheduling ONE, TWO and THREE were already scheduled (and had no other openings), so we took the 8 am time. The very nice scheduler said just let them know that you have to leave and come back for 2 other auditions. All are at the Palmer House. </p>

<p>Does this seem like it will work? Does it make sense?</p>

<p>We did LA, not Chicago, but the same kind of thing went on there too! The only time it can get messy is if #2 or 3 are not on time. Usually they are still on time that early in the day. Just make sure to tell #1 right when you get there and remind them that their scheduler said they would work around your other 2. Make sure that all of the people involved know what is going on. It should work out. It’s hectic but that’s what makes the Unifieds so exciting! Good luck!</p>
