I can’t decide. I need some serious help.
Choices:
Trinity College Hartford CT
pros: baller alumni, small classes, “Little Ivy” rep, DIII sports I can play, close to nyc and boston
cons: Hartford, more expensive
Tulane University New Orleans LA
pros: fantastic city, good academics, sunshine, southern comfort, 1/4 scholarship
cons: party school culture, party school rep
I want to work in NYC finance after college. I want connections. But I want a good time too. Please share your thoughts.
Have you visited the campuses?
Nobody here can or should choose for you. Consider: 1) what is affordable 2) academics (ex. I don’t believe Trinity has a b-school if that is what you want) 3) how important is the sport to you and is there a club level you can pursue at Tulane and 4) which of the two different environments you want to spend the next 4 years 5) anything else you care about.
Have you already been accepted at both of these?
Are both of them equally affordable? Will one of them leave you with more debt for your education?
