I'm an international student (Nigeria) and I'm planning to write s.a.t very soon. I'ld like to know the best schools to apply to that will increase my chances of getting a full academic scholarship or something close to that with the lowest s.a.t scores. The catch is the school should be under the NCAA division one men basketball as this is the most important thing.

If you might be recruitable as an athlete, there are established rules and procedures set by the NCAA. You need to follow them.

If you just like basketball, your situation is different. You’re an international student who needs financial aid, and that will be the primary factor because it is difficult. Read the financial aid and international student sections of this website.

Until you have SAT scores, we can’t recommend any schools.

the thing is my aim going to college is to play basketball at the ncaa division one level. however, i’m not eligible to get a sports scholarshipas im too old. so i’m trying to get in with an academic scholarship and then play for the school.

i now have sat scores. best overall score is 1920. ma best maths and critical reading is 1360
