Choosing between UMass Amherst and Bryant

Hi

Regardless of financial reasons, which school should I go to? I want to major in business, probably Management or Financial Operations, and both are very good business schools. I know UMass Amherst is a nationally ranked B-School, so if (when) I get accepted there, should I go?

Bryant is also very nice, campus and academically. Suggestions please.

go to U-mass Amherst Bryant is nice but definetely not as well respected as Umass-Amherst

Any other suggestions?

UMass Amherst.

Can I have some reasons as to why I should choose UMass?

It's a good university with a ton of opportunities available. Students can take courses for credit at Amherst, Smith, Mt Holyoke and Hampshire, which provides a wealth of opportunities. Amherst is a wonderful town.

What about Bryant? They're focused almost entirely on business, with a wealth of technology and internship support. Plus you get a mix of liberal arts. Which is more important? The name and ranking of a business school or its actual academic opportunity?

You seem to prefer Bryant, so go there.

You will be passing too many oppoortunities if you pick Bryant. The school is the worst business school of the 3 B-schools (Babson, Bentley & Bryant). Their Rhode Island location is not the best for getting jobs out of business and the kids are not academically motivated.

Umass-Amherst gives you opportunities that you would not believe and an education that is far beyond that of Bryant.

UMass Amherst is far more selective

How many students JUST go to the UMass SOM as Undergrads? I heard UMass only allows 250 kids a year? Is that true?

BTW, I got into the SOM as of yesterday.

EDIT: 2400 undergrads.
