Choosing scores to send to Princeton

Hi, everyone, I’m applying to Princeton SCEA. However, I face a difficulty in choosing which ACT score to send and whether or not to send multiple ACT score.

Princeton wrote on its website that it doesn’t superscore and they consider the highest “composite score”. However, I have a pretty bad writing score with my highest composite score. I believe writing score is not a part of composite score, right? So, I wonder if it is a good/ bad / or risky idea to send April and Sept. test together? Moreover, how much does princeton consider writing score?

Here is my three different scores:
April 2016: English 33; Math 34; Reading 31; Science 35 — Writing 21/36
June 2016: English 27; Math 35; Reading 33; Science 34 — Writing 23/36
Sept. 2016: English 29; Math 35; Reading 30; Science 31 — Writing 8/12

Thanks!

Oh, moreover. Giving some other information that Princeton may consider about my writing skill
I take IB English A HL and got A+ for both semesters last year.

This shows that an 8 on the 12 point scale concords to a 21-24 out of 36 points. So your essay scores are pretty consistent across the three tests. I would send the first score.

^^ I agree. Just send the April 2016 score, as the English scores on the other two tests are so low for Princeton, Admissions might wonder if you could handle the reading and writing workload on their campus.

@mamaedefamilia @gibby Thank you! I think I will send the first score!
