Chose another university over Cornell... would this negatively impact future transfer chances?

I was accepted at Cornell for the Fall of 2016, but due to a variety of reasons I chose Berkeley instead. If I decide to transfer over from Berkeley later on, will the fact that I didn’t matriculate as a freshman applicant hurt my chances?

Also, will admissions see the school that I applied for initially? I got in for ILR but if I do decide to transfer to Cornell I would be applying for either Hotel Administration or AEM.
