<p>Hey all</p>

<p>I'm going to be a freshman next year @ the U, and I was looking to get involved in some kind of youth group/christian organization. Any suggestions?</p>

<p>Also, any recommendations for churches in the area? I will not have a car, so somewhere within walking/bus distance would be superb. I am a Missouri-synod Lutheran, but I will gladly worship @ any Lutheran church (denomination is not a huge deal to me). Thanks for the help!</p>

<p>There are so many Christian groups on campus. If you live in a res hall your first year, I am positive one of the groups will reach out to you. They are really good at advertising and getting awareness out. Additionally, there are at least 2 churches on campus that I can think of and one of them is Lutheran and conveniently located next to Superblock.</p>
