I see from a previous thread that a language test would come first in the testing order; what if you were taking 2 in the same session? Would that be allowed?

Yes. On any given test date, the language with listening test must be taken first among all Subject tests. Also, only one language with listening test may be taken on any one day (AKA any one year, lol).
For example: say you have Spanish w/ Listening and Math II. Math II must be taken last. Say you want to take Spanish w/ Listening and Japanese w/ Listening; they must be taken in different years.
