I am excited to have received an invite to the University of Cincinnati Nursing program interview process using Kira Talent. I have 10 days to complete the process. I am a high school senior, hoping to get in to the direct admit BSN program.
I looking to see if anyone had any advice on being successful in these interviews?

I don’t have any personal experience with that, but as a business manager who has interviewed a lot of people, I would suggest being able to articulate why nursing and why that university, along with thinking of answers to common experience questions. These would be things like: think of a time where you experienced conflict, made a mistake or missed a deadline and how did you deal with and/or resolve the situation.
