<p>did anyone ever have this happen to them? ucsb said that i need my citizenship verify and that i have to meet them IN PERSON. HELP!!! IS THERE ANOTHER OPTION BECAUSE UCSB IS 3 HOURS FROM WHERE I LIVED!?</p>

DOCUMENTS IN PERSON to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Photocopies will not be accepted. Do NOT send
original documents by mail, as the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships is not responsible for safeguarding them. Your
information may be sent to the Department of Homeland Security for confirmation.
Signed Social Security Card AND one of the following documents:
o Certificate of Citizenship; OR
o Certificate of Naturalization; OR
o U.S. Passport; OR
o A photocopy of Form FS-240: Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen bearing the embossed seal
including the words United States of America and State Department</p>
