<p>Throughout my wasted hours on College Confidential, I have heard many of you guys complain about how the College Board is a monopoly and is overcharging on services. </p>
<p>Do we have any grounds for a class-action lawsuit against College Board under anti-trust laws?</p>
<p>I heard that the Education Testing Service (ETS, the ones who write all the College Board Exams) has a 400 acre estate with tennis courts. So if they're not profiting from SATs, then their pockets are being lined quite well.</p>
