<p>Let's see...small private school (20 students/class). I'm the only one looking seriously at the Ivy League, I think, so I'm not competing against anyone for Princeton ED.</p>

<p>:P haha.... yeah it is right? i got that that about a week ago and I was beaming!!. I gues all that is left for me/you/all who ave sent in their aplication is to wait til mid-december.</p>
<p>Well last year we only had 2 apply to Princeton, both ended up going. I guess we just aren't a Princeton school.</p>
<p>2 from my school are applying ED.</p>
<p>We're fairly different, however, in our qualifications (although we both want to pursue a science/math type degree). It would be awkward if one of us got in and the other didn't (I'm hoping we both get in, as the other is a good friend of mine).</p>
<p>well... depressing though it is... i suppose we will all get in somewhere good and love it...
i have a very stupid question about the application. are you putting your album names or song titles in quotes? and your book titles? yeah i know it doesnt matter but i'm pretty OCD! and are your summer explanation actually an essay or just simple explanations of what youve done?</p>
<p>I put the song title in quotes but not the book title, as that's not the appropriate formatting.</p>
<p>I just put everything in quotes and my Summer explanations were jst explanations. Maybe it is because there really wasn't "an invention" or "research with einstein" or nething of those sorts that I did in the summer.</p>
<p>haha awesome maddy i didn't do anything astonishing either and i'm just doing a short explanation. it's about the same length as my short answer. and yeah thanks arbiter. i know usually books dont go in quotes but since we can't underline i didn't know what to do.</p>
<p>My short answer for my favorite extracurricular (commonapp) is out there. I describe how playing clarinet relaxes me, but I do so through really descriptive imagery. I hope they get it lol.</p>

<p>it is 154 words. I was bored and didn't want to type something really cliche and boring, so I just wrote it lol. It is a risk...they will either like it or hate it.</p>
<p>oh wow i thought yours sounded like it would be really long, JTC. that makes me feel better that everyone isn't writing a whole other essay for that...even though yours still sounds intimidating.... geez you guys stress me out! haha anyone want to share how long their extracurricular and summer essays are? mine are 190 and 176 words, respectively, but they are not cool and detailed like JTC's</p>
