<p>they take a minimum of 24 monthes to complete, and you need like 500 hours community service, 200 hours work, 200 hours personl development, 200 hours physical fitness, and 8 nights in a new culture, all spread out over a minimum of two years.</p>

<p>This is the equivilent of the Duke of Edinburgh in the UK.</p>

<p>Except it is spread over several years, of which you complete the gold, silver and bronze.</p>
